As of May 25, 2018, the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection - Regulation no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 - will be applicable. 
This law establishes the rules regarding the processing of personal data, imposing a set of obligations on data controllers and processors. This informative note informs the scientific community and the general public of the commitment and engagement of i4HB to act in compliance with this new legislative framework.
